We recently had our mail server sending mass spam emails from a particular account hosted on the server 1. This caused emails from our customer portal not reaching inboxs or spam along with accounts on the server not being able to use mail functions like phpmail or mail accounts. We have isolated the issue and suspended the account along with getting a new mail server ip. Emails server is now active and functioning as usual.

Sorry for any inconvience this may have caused. Be sure to check your customer portal for any outstanding emails or support tickets that we replied too and you didnt recieve an email. Also any new account activations in the past 2 weeks which didnt recieve there account information please submit a ticket and we will resend your information. (We resent activation emails for the past 7 days manually)
